The Paneurhythmy dance was given by the Master, Peter Deunov of Bulgaria, in the 20th Century. However, it is a timeless dance - a dance of the universe, which unites all beings to nature and the cosmos, through very special, but very easy movements. It is a dance of energy, and, if done correctly, it brings about harmony, rhythm, health and well-being. We dance between the equinoxes at 9am every Saturday in Gabriel Park, SW Portland.

We started this group because we love teaching ballroom dancing! Our purpose is to change people's lives for the better by helping them grow in confidence while learning in a safe, joyful, and fun environment to learn.
